Refund Policy:

All products come with a full money back guarantee should they occur a fault within 28 days of purchase including any postage cost accrued providing they are returned within 7 days of the reported fault.
N.B Falcon Fabrication will determine on either a refund or replacement on any faulty goods where applicable with in the 28 day return period deliberate damage, misuse and modified items will Not Be Refunded

Wrongly Ordered Items:

Any items wrongly order is purely customers liability and not that of Falcon Fabrication. We believe all our products to be described as accurate as possible to prevent such events taking place.
Should you be anyway unsure if the products is suitable for you or your raptor please contact us prior to your purchase for advise.
Wrongly ordered items will Only be refunded provided they are in 100% of the original condition, and unused at the product cost price only, postage cost that is incorporated in to the product price will Not be the responsibility of Falcon Fabrication but with the end user. All refunds given will have any cost occurred by Falcon Fabrication removed for unwanted and wrongly order items.

Return Postage:

In the unlikely event should you item fail or developed a fault with in our return policy period we will pay and arrange all return postage.
For all other return postage this is at the end users cost and should always be sent recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.

All of our Falconry products offered for sale herein are believed to be safe, but discretion in the use is the responsibility of the customers. It is the customers responsibility to check their birds husbandry equipment regulary for signs of wear and tear on items such as anklets / jess / leash / swivels / gloves etc...

Travel Boxes:

All Travel Boxes purchased from 18/08/08 are protected with a life guarantee on structural defects. Should your box suffer any structural defects due to a direct manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item free of charge as we see fit. This guarantee does not cover deliberate or accidental damage along with moveable wearing parts (caches, door hinges, and lay flat handles). All boxes manufactured from the above date carry a unique code stamped on the underside of the box for guarantee purpose. Falcon Fabrication reserves the right to replace or repair if an act of gross misconduct is committed or suspected.

Knife Policy

We ask that customers be very cautious when opening, using or sharpening knives purchased from Falcon Fabrication. Knives sold on this web site are intended to be used as a working tool; they are not weapons and should not be used as such. If an injury occurs during the use (or misuse) of any knives purchased from Falcon Fabrication, this is a risk that our customers assume and Falcon Fabrication can in no way be held accountable. This is also part of our Terms & Conditions.

Telemetry:

Due to extensive development and advances in production techniques we can now offer a lifetime warranty on our Falcon Transmitters and Receivers. In the unlikely event that they should fail and as long as they have not been tampered with in any way, modified, abused or damaged through misuse neglect or accidental we will repair or replace them free of charge.
