Telephone Ordering Information
You can telephone our workshop, within our opening hours, to order any products that you require. Payments can be made by Credit / Debit cards. We accept all major credit / debit cards. The telephone numbers that you can contact us on to make your order are as follows:
Please make sure before telephoning us to make an order, wether or not the product(s) are in stock. Stock availability of each product is given within each product information box. Even if a product is out of stock, we may be able to give you an estimate to when the product(s) will become available.
Postal Ordering Information
You can download and fill out a product ordering form in either word document format or pdf format from the links below. Please complete and return the order form to the address given in each order form, with your signature for confirmation. Please also state within the order form what method you will be using to make payment for your order. Payment methods can be as follows:
- Credit / Debit card ( please allow 48 hours before telephoning to make payment )
- Cheque ( made payable to "Falcon Fabrication" )
Please note that if you are ordering more than one product within the order, the cost for the postage and packaging may be recalculated due to the weight of the product(s). Please telephone us for details on making out the cheque payment for this case.
PayPal E-mail Payment Information
You can now choose to pay for your order through PayPal. Once you have completed your on-line order and once we have processed your order, you will be sent a link to the secure payment site to make payment for your order.
Product Ordering Information
Within each product information box, you have the option to, without having to register, to purchase a single or multiple items. To do this, click on the "Buy Now" link that is within the product information box. A pop-up notification box will appear stating the the product has now been added to your shopping basket. To view your basket, click on the VIEW MY BASKET link at the top of every page. The postage and packaging is not included in the shopping basket, however you will be notified automatically via e-mail when we have calculated and updated the P&P and total. You will never be asked for any Credit / Debit card information on our web site.
You will be sent an automated confirmation e-mail once you have submitted this order, giving you a receipt and unique order number. Please print this e-mail and keep in a safe place, as you may need the information for further correspondance. You will also be given a link to view the status of your order throughout the process.
Product Delivery and Delivery Tracking ID Request Form
NOTE: All of our products over 2kg are sent using DHL where an online tracking number is available. We do not except any responsibility for items sent with parcel force or royal mail unless enhanced compensation insurance is requested. If you have ordered through Falcon Fabrication and would like to request your online tracking number, please fill out our Delivery Tracking ID Request Form (only available with orders being sent using DHL).
